Promo Availability

We are committed to providing a high quality newsletter to our subscribers.

With this in mind, we feature limited books per newsletter and therefore have limited availability.
Due to the time it takes to review submissions, we have a lead time of 5 business days for bookings.
If you have not heard from us after a week, contact us at info@darkromancereads.com with your booking reference number.
Bookings cost $10, and include a permanent listing on our website, a spot in our newsletter on the day you select, and a featured post in our Facebook group.
We do not promote the same book within a 90 day period.
We do not promote the same author within a 30 period.
If we decline your book due to availability, you may resubmit the same book after 30 days.
We reserve the right to decline any submission.

Submission Tips

Here are some things to consider before you submit your book:

Is your story a dark romance?
Is this a highly rated book with at least 50 Amazon reviews?
Does your book have a professionally designed cover that meets genre expectations?
Is your blurb catchy and well written, without grammatical errors or typos?
Do you have a complete list of trigger/content warnings to include in your submission?

Please note that we only feature a limited amount of promotions each week. You can request a new promotion 30 days after your book was declined.

Requirements

At this time, we only feature romance books, where romance is the central plot/theme of the book, although we may make exceptions for established authors or romance-adjacent books that we think our readers will enjoy.
Your book must be considered a "dark romance". This term is subjective, and bookings may be declined if the editorial staff do not feel your book fits this classification.
Your book must be available for sale in eBook format on a reputable bookseller, such as Amazon.
If you do not have an Amazon ASIN, please add a link to your book in the comments section of the booking form.
We do not feature books where readers have to sign up for a newsletter or other list, or ARC (advanced review copy) books.
Your book does not have to be on sale, or a new release, to qualify for being featured in our newsletter.
We reserve the right to decline any submission.
